Mark Brooks

Mark Brooks is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently, Mark holds positions at Hayat Brown LLC since October 2017 and at McKissack & McKissack since January 2015, focusing on project development and oversight of various transportation and urban planning initiatives for the District of Columbia and the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). Mark previously worked as a Project Manager/Construction Manager at McKissack & McKissack overseeing the Anacostia Initial Line Segment Streetcar Project, and spent 24 years at the Federal Highway Administration as a Senior Project Engineer, specializing in major highway and bridge construction and quality control. Mark studied at Morgan State University from 1975 to 1976.
