Nichol Higdon

Nichol Higdon has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple organizations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations at the McKnight Foundation. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Nichol also worked as a Consultant at Glenn Haley & Associates, where they provided executive leadership and consultation to YMCAs in various areas. Moreover, they served as the COO/S.V.P. Operations at the YMCA of Greater Hartford and Executive Vice President Operations/Fund Development/S.V.P. Operations and Strategic Initiatives at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland. Nichol also gained experience as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Manager at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland and Dix & Eaton, respectively. Throughout their career, Nichol has demonstrated expertise in areas such as organizational development, program design and implementation, fundraising, brand awareness campaigns, and talent management.

Nichol Higdon obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they have an Organizational Leader Certification from Y USA.
