Crystal Justice

Crystal Justice currently serves as the Regional Director of Care Management for McLaren Port Huron and McLaren St. Luke's, a position held since November 2021. Previously, from May 2012 to November 2021, Crystal held multiple roles at McLaren Port Huron, including Supervisor of Care Management, where oversight was provided for 29 direct reports in various domains, and Utilization Review Nurse. Earlier in the career at McLaren, Crystal worked as a Patient Flow Coordinator and Administrative Charge Nurse, as well as in Patient Care Services as a Registered Nurse. Educationally, Crystal Justice holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Liberty University, complementing these with an Associate's degree in Nursing from St. Clair County Community College.
