Kirsty Cornwall is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery and IT management. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Operations Manager at McLaren Group since November 2021, Kirsty has previously held various roles at GfK, including Global Service Assurance and Transition Manager and multiple IT Service Desk Manager positions spanning EMEA, Northern Europe, and the UK. Kirsty began their career in IT support at Castlewood and Sony, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from The University of Salford, earned between 1994 and 1998.
