Kirsty C.

Kirsty C. is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at McLaren Packaging since May 2022, Kirsty previously held the role of Operations Reliability Manager at Burton's Biscuit Company from June 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Highland Spring Ltd, where roles varied from Support Manager to Graduate Engineer between August 2017 and June 2021. Kirsty began their career with an industrial placement at Mondelēz International in 2015 and worked as Section Manager at John Lewis from March 2013 to June 2015.
