John Colburn

John Colburn is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing commercial interior projects, particularly in the Bay Area. Currently at McLarney Construction, Inc. since September 2019, John previously held a dual role at SteelWave from December 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included estimating, budgeting, and fostering client relationships. Prior to that, John managed retail operations for Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, achieving significant sales growth while maintaining cost efficiency. With foundational experience in residential construction and a background in carpentry, John holds a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
