Laura Lattman is an experienced attorney specializing in trusts and estates litigation. Currently serving as Of Counsel at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP since September 2017, Lattman also acts as a Partner and co-head of the Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group within the same firm. As the Principal of The Lattman Law Firm, L.L.C. since May 2009, Lattman operates a boutique practice focused on trusts and estates litigation. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in the Litigation Department at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where significant work involved Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations. Lattman's legal career began with various internships and roles, including a Legal Intern in Judge Mose's Chambers at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and a Legal Assistant at Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP. Lattman holds a Master of Laws degree from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College, Columbia University.
