Richard Halperin

Richard Halperin is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, Richard previously held the position of President at NANPA from 2008 to 2009 and was a Partner at Shea & Gould from 1979 to 1994.
