Ally Sequeira

Ally Sequeira, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in providing individualized, evidence-based treatment for a diverse range of psychological disorders, including OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and depression. Currently serving as a licensed psychologist at Houston OCD & Anxiety since February 2022, and at McLean OCD Institute Houston since August 2019, Ally Sequeira specializes in both outpatient and intensive outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, offering services in English and Spanish. Previous roles include a licensed psychologist at the OCD and Anxiety Program of Southern California and a pre-doctoral intern at Cherokee Health Systems. Ally Sequeira holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from The University of Alabama.
