Melissa Gray-Hughes

Melissa Gray-Hughes is an accomplished education and marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Assistant Head of School at McLean School since November 2015, Melissa has held various positions including Interim Co-Head of School and Director of Development, where notable achievements include leading a $6.2 million capital campaign and increasing parent participation in annual giving. Previous roles at Nutricia North America and The Discovery Communications Group involved directing marketing strategies and managing significant product launches, while experiences at Johnson & Johnson and Chase focused on product management and global marketing initiatives. Melissa holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in English from Spelman College.
