Matt Dearman

Matt Dearman has been working at McLoone since 2011, where Matt holds the position of Tooling, Maintenance, and Engineering Manager. Matt is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, as well as managing projects with cross functional teams. Prior to McLoone, Matt worked at Northern Engraving from 1997 to 2011 as a Tool Maker, where Matt designed new tools, dies, fixtures, and jigs using Cad software. Matt holds degrees in Supervisory Management, Leadership and Supervision Professional, Journeyman Tool and Die Program, and Machine Tooling Techniques.
