Jaron Carter

Jaron Carter has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade, starting in 2009. Jaron began their career at Hudson Bay Coffee as a Lead Web Developer, where they focused on website and logo design, project management, and developing an e-commerce cart to increase revenue. After that, they worked at CompuCom as an IT Technician, managing software deployments and optimizing networks.

In 2012, Jaron joined ZF Transmissions as an IT Automation Specialist, where they developed automation programs, troubleshooted electrical controls, and implemented fiber-optic networks. Jaron then moved on to Sealed Air Corporation as an IS End User Computing Analyst, where they improved asset tracking, oversaw telecom networks, and implemented cloud-based documentation.

From 2016 to 2018, Jaron worked at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System as an Information Technology Support Specialist. There, they coordinated innovative project implementations, developed automation tools, and deployed inventory management software.

In 2018, Jaron took on the role of CEO at SOS Anywhere, where they created and designed a lifesaving device and built a team of over 20 individuals. Concurrently, they also worked at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture as a Senior Software Engineer and Technology Lead, where they led a team in building a front-facing website, oversaw version control and deployments, and created an internal Django server.

Throughout their career, Jaron has showcased their skills in software engineering, project management, innovation, and leadership.

Jaron Carter completed their education with the following achievements:

- From 2021 to 2023, Jaron studied at Western Governors University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.

- In 2021, they attended the University of the People, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.

- In 2010 and 2011, Jaron attended Greenville Technical College, focusing on Computer Science.

- Jaron completed their secondary education at Wren High School from 2006 to 2010.

Jaron also obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Project+, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), CompTIA Security+ ce, CompTIA Network+ ce, CompTIA A+ (2009 edition), Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate, and Microsoft Professional Program in DevOps.
