Sara Fabiny

Sara Fabiny has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2007 at Monash University. Sara held various roles within the university's HR department, including Senior HR Officer and HR Operations Assistant, focusing on payroll. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Payroll Advisor at Orica and Jemena. In 2013, they joined Maroondah City Council as a Remuneration & Benefits Officer. Continuing their career in payroll, they later joined Vicinity Centres as a Payroll Specialist and then as a Senior Payroll Specialist. Sara'smost recent role was at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG), where they worked as an HRIS (Workday) & Reporting Specialist before becoming the HRIS Lead.

Sara Fabiny obtained a Certificate IV in Payroll Administration from the Australian Payroll Association in 2017-2018. Sara also received a Certificate IV in Business (Human Resources) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Swinburne University of Technology in 2007-2009.
