Bruce Cutler Pe

Bruce Cutler, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, construction inspection, and cost estimation within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Lead Associate at McMillen Jacobs Associates since March 2022, Bruce is coordinating the preliminary design for the North East Link project in Melbourne, Australia. In parallel, Bruce has been a Project Manager at Systra since October 2018, overseeing the construction inspection of the Greenpoint Ave Station ADA Elevators project for MTA NYCT. Additionally, Bruce holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Michael Baker International, managing various projects for NYC and NYS agencies, and previously worked as a Senior Estimator for MTA Bridges and Tunnels, developing cost estimates for hurricane Sandy damage repairs. Bruce also has a significant background with MTA Long Island Rail Road, managing numerous capital improvement projects, and has experience from earlier roles including project management for NJ Transit.
