Deborah Herzfeld

Deborah Herzfeld is a Partner and Counsel at McNeill PLLC since January 2017, previously serving as Of Counsel and Patent Attorney at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP from October 2001 to January 2017. Deborah began their legal career as a Law Clerk at the Chambers of The Hon. Christine O.C. Miller, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, from August 2000 to September 2001. Prior to that, Deborah gained experience as a Summer Associate at UVA Patent Foundation and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Deborah holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law (2000), as well as a BS and BA in Chemistry and English from Emory University (1996). Deborah completed secondary education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (1992).
