Shelley Sullivan

Shelley Sullivan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Shelley began their career in 1994 by founding and operating Shelley's Model Management Group, which represented over 1200 talent in Australia. Shelley then went on to establish ModelCo Pty Ltd in 2002, where they served as the CEO and Founder. ModelCo quickly grew to become one of Australia's largest beauty brands. In 2016, Shelley founded MCoBeauty, a sister brand to ModelCo, and assumed the role of CEO and Founder. In both companies, they have been responsible for developing the overall vision and strategy, leading a management team, and overseeing various areas of the businesses such as research and development, marketing, finance, and international expansion.
