Lsp William Burns Lep

William Burns, LSP, LEP, has extensive experience in environmental and geotechnical fields, currently serving as Associate Principal and Project Manager at McPhail Associates, LLC since January 2006. Prior to this role, William held positions as Senior Project Manager and Geoenvironmental/Geotechnical Field Engineer at McPhail Associates, Inc. from September 2001 to January 2006. William's career also includes working as a Geotechnician/Site Inspector at John Turner Consulting, Inc. and as a Program Assistant at Anacostia Watershed Society. William earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland, completing studies in 2000.
