Edward O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Edward started their career in 2008 as a Junior Site Engineer at JJ Rhatigan & Company during a work placement. In 2010, they worked as a Field Sales Representative at Bord Gais Energy, where they managed a large area in Galway, cold calling and closing sales. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Sales Manager at Kingfisher Club, generating leads, closing sales, and handling marketing outreach. In 2012, they became an Account Manager at MindWork Staffing Solutions, focusing on sourcing new accounts and retaining clients. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Business Development Manager at the Professional Representation Network, providing recruitment support and financial advice to associates. Also in 2014, they joined MCR Group, initially as a Regional Manager, responsible for specialist installations and maintenance. Edward then served as the Group Business Development Manager, providing a wide range of services to various industries. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director - Business Development at MCR Group.
Edward O'Sullivan began their education by earning a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Construction Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. Edward attended this institution from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Higher Diploma in Business Studies (PostGrad) from the National University of Ireland, Galway, completing their studies in 2012. Lastly, Edward completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Edinburgh between 2014 and 2017.
