Keith Roman

Mr. Keith Roman brings nearly two decades of specialized talent acquisition and resource management expertise to MCRA, with extensive knowledge of the medical device/MedTech, pharmaceutical, biotech, and information technology industries. Mr. Roman's diverse background has allowed for deep specialization in various recruitment processes, for positions ranging from technical to executive-level, as well as human capital management, talent acquisition market intelligence, corporate strategy, and data fluency. As the Senior Director of Quality Operations, Mr. Roman's primary focus is to lead and grow the Quality Assurance division at MCRA by customizing recruiting plans and strategies for clients with in-house talent constraints.

Mr. Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Political Science from Stockton University.

Prior to joining MCRA in September 2021, Mr. Roman has worked with boutique to large industry-leading consulting firms within the Lifesciences and Technology Industries. For the last eight years Mr. Roman has worked exclusively with medical device and pharmaceutical quality sectors to support staff augmentation needs.
