Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder, Troy McWhinney provides strategic leadership for McWhinney’s development and investment plans. Additionally, he develops new growth opportunities and manages all new and existing investor relations. For more than 20 years, Troy has played an integral role in receiving entitlements for over 5,500 acres of Colorado land consisting of over 14,000 residential units and approximately 20 million square feet of commercial development at full build-out. His guidance and attention to detail continue to lead the company toward its purpose of building a world of possibilities.
