Joanna Higgins

Joanna Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Joanna started their career as a Marketing Intern at Northstar Offshore, LLC in 2013. Joanna then joined Topgolf in 2013, where they held various positions such as Guest Services Associate, Platinum Host, Marketing Associate, Trainer/Facilitator, Bayhost, and Hourly Manager. During their time at Topgolf, they played a key role in opening a new venue and training over 450 associates.

In 2017, Joanna moved to MD Cloud Practice Solutions, where they initially worked as an Implementation Specialist. Joanna quickly progressed to become the Area Operations Manager and later the Director of Project Management. Joanna then took on the role of Director of Project Management and Product Development and is currently serving as the Director of Operations, Projects & Accounts. Throughout their time at MD Cloud Practice Solutions, Joanna has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

Joanna Higgins obtained their high school degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Houston-Downtown, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they have acquired several certifications. In August 2017, they obtained the HIPAA Professional (HIPAAP) certification from HIPAA Training. Later, in June 2019, they earned a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University. The most recent certification they received is in Cyber Risk Management, which they obtained in January 2022 from NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training.
