Ian Welsh is an experienced construction and surveying professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Major Projects Manager at MD Insurance Services Limited since June 2013, Ian specializes in managing High Value Schemes (HVS) while minimizing technical warranty risks. Previous experience includes roles as a Technical Services Area Surveyor, Regional Surveyor at Premier Guarantee Surveyors Ltd., and a Chartered Building Surveyor in freelance capacities. Ian's international experience includes managing construction projects in Uganda and Kenya as Managing Director of 'My TEaM' East Africa Project Consultants Ltd. and Top 2 Bottom Surveying Services Ltd. Ian holds an MSc in Development Management with a focus on Humanitarian Development and Conflict Resolution from The Open University and a BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Westminster.
