Emily Ferens has worked for a variety of companies since 2011. Emily began their career at P.F. Chang's China Bistro as a Hostess/Trainer, where they were responsible for planning and organizing seating and delegating responsibilities to other employees, as well as answering phones, greeting and seating customers, and taking charge of other numerous front desk responsibilities. In 2015, Emily moved to Glenwood Falls Animal Hospital as a Customer Service Representative, where they coordinated all cash and credit transactions via computer register, answered phones, greeted customers, and filed paperwork. Emily also assisted in medical and general emergency and nonemergency situations. In 2016, Emily worked at Sam Houston State University as a Computer Lab Assistant. In 2017, they worked at Central Texas Neurology Conslt as a Medical Assistant and Physical Therapy Technician, where they operated fitness equipment and performed therapeutic modalities, guided patients through strength, conditioning, and stretching movements, and treated patients through the process of electrical stimulation, ultrasound, cervical and lumbar traction, and heat and ice. Additionally, Emily worked at YMCA of the USA as a Swim Safety and Stroke Instructor. In 2018, Emily began working at Direct Orthopedic Care as a Medical Assistant and Guest Ambassador. In 2020, they worked at Advanced Pain Care as an Orthopedic Manager and Medical Assistant. In 2021, Emily began working at PAD Specialists as a Clinical Specialist. Currently, they are employed at MD Revolution as an Account Manager.
Emily Ferens received their high school diploma from Higley High School in 2010. Emily then attended Lone Star College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in 2014. Emily then went on to Sam Houston State University, College of Health Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences-Pre-Physical Therapy in 2016.
