Tim Allison

Tim Allison is an experienced manager in contracts and proposals with a focus on utility and industrial negotiations. Currently serving as the Manager of Contracts & Proposals at MD&A since February 2009, Tim is responsible for negotiating master contracts related to plant outages for steam turbines and generators. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Lakeland Electric from April 1988 to January 2009, including Contracts Manager, overseeing the Contracts Negotiation Section, and Manager of the Contracts/Right-of-Way Division. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as Utilities Right of Way Officer, managing property acquisitions for capital projects and mediating in court-directed eminent domain cases. Tim holds a BS in Business from Florida Southern College and has further education from the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida.
