Fiona MacDonald

Fiona Macdonald is a dedicated IT professional currently serving as a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer and previously as an IT Helpdesk Apprentice at MDDUS since September 2022. Prior to this role, Fiona gained experience working as a Dishwasher at ZYKA (MEARNS) LTD. Fiona has completed two QA Apprenticeships, earning a Diploma in Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals at SCQF Level 8 in February 2024 and another at SCQF Level 6 in March 2023. Fiona's educational background also includes time at Eastwood High School from August 2017 to September 2022.
