Ellen Hipkin is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and commercial management, particularly within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Operations Director and Commercial Director at MDE Group since November 2012, Ellen collaborates with clients to navigate project challenges and optimize service offerings for cost and time efficiencies in both local and international contexts. Prior to MDE Group, Ellen was the Director of Executive Services at Hunter Pierce Associates, where leadership focused on talent acquisition within the global oil and gas sector. Ellen also held multiple roles, including Senior Director of European Recruitment and Operations Manager at Talascend, and began their career as a Consultant at Carlisle Staffing.
