Auditor Jonathan Ngo Cis

Jonathan Ngo, a CPA auditor and CISA, has a diverse work experience. Jonathan is currently working at MDF Commerce as the Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance. In this role, they are responsible for managing enterprise risks and leading transformation projects. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as the Director of Finance Transformation and the Director of Internal Controls | Corporate Finance at MDF Commerce.

In addition to their role at MDF Commerce, Jonathan also serves as a Member of the Audit Committee for the Employee Pension Plan at Concordia University. Jonathan previously held the position of Chair of the Audit Committee at the Ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique.

Jonathan Ngo, CPA auditor, CISA, has a diverse educational background. Jonathan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounting, General Management, and Managing for Sustainability from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management. Jonathan then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting (GCPA) with a specialization in Audit and Tax from McGill University.

Prior to their university education, Jonathan completed their Diploma of College Studies at Vanier College, where they studied Science and Women's Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Jonathan has obtained the CPA auditor designation from the Ordre des CPA du Québec, as well as the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA. Jonathan has also obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I certification from Scrum.org.

Looking ahead, Jonathan is set to further enhance their skills and knowledge by pursuing a Sustainable Investment Professional Certification (SIPC) from Concordia University, which they plan to complete in 2023.
