Greg Higgins, PMP has over 20 years of experience in delivering organizational development and consulting services to public and private sector organizations. Greg served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they successfully delivered a broad range of consulting services to over 50 clients. Greg then went on to establish GEH Consulting LLC, where they served as President and Lead Consultant, providing services such as leadership development program design and implementation, organizational design, training and development, change management, and performance management. Greg later joined APQC as the Director of Leadership Development Programs, leading the design and delivery of leadership development programs for hundreds of participants each year. Currently, Greg is the Client Services Director at mdf commerce, where they lead a team of professionals dedicated to implementing eProcurement systems for clients. Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring skills, consistently achieving professional objectives and delivering exceptional results.
Greg Higgins, PMP has a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Accounting and Political Science from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Greg also possesses a Master of Public Affairs degree from The LBJ School of Public Affairs. Furthermore, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi. In 2014, Greg obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
