Josefien de Kwaadsteniet

Josefien de Kwaadsteniet is a seasoned professional trainer and facilitator specializing in development cooperation, currently serving as a trainer and consultant for MDF Training & Consultancy since November 2016. With extensive experience as a co-founder of the Togo Tourism and Development Foundation and president of Stichting Youth on the Move, Josefien has played a pivotal role in promoting community development and supporting youth empowerment in various regions. Previous positions include managing Togoriginals and consultancy roles for IUCN NL, where Josefien facilitated collaboration for sustainable agricultural practices. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Responsible Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University and other advanced studies in development issues and human geography.
