Kate Kilgore

Kate Kilgore is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at MDH Partners since November 2022. Previously, Kate worked as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Asset Management at Black Creek Group from 2012 to May 2022. Prior to that, Kate held various positions at Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc., Colliers International, and Cumberland Management Partners. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of the South. Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in overseeing large portfolios and managing property operations.
