Ariel Efergan

Ariel Efergan serves as the Global Vice President of Growth and Head of Growth at MDI Health since February 2021 and has been a Venture Advisor at Redesign Health since April 2023, focusing on go-to-market strategy and growth for portfolio companies. Efergan co-founded and led Pangea Medical, a pioneering healthtech firm integrating social determinants of health into a new care delivery model, and significantly increased sales at Alteas Health as a Strategy Consultant. Additional experience includes roles at MATTER, UMD Real Estate Investment Fund, National Retrofitting Group, and TeamTourist. Efergan graduated from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
