Donald Wihardja

Donald Wihardja is the CEO at MDI Ventures. Donald has over 15 years of experience in venture capital and technology investments.

Donald started their career as the Chief Information Officer at Principia Management Group in 2005. Donald then became the Country Manager and Chief Information Officer at 2C2P in 2014. In August 2014, they joined Convergence Ventures as a Partner.

As a Partner at AC Ventures, Donald focused on early stage technology ventures and was responsible for sourcing deals, coordinating the investment process, and monitoring and mentoring the companies that received investments.

In April 2020, Donald joined MDI Ventures as the CEO. Under their leadership, MDI Ventures has continued to invest in early stage technology companies in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Donald Wihardja has a MSc in Computer Science from Cornell University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Donald also has certificates of completion in Digital Health and Health Care Economics from Harvard Business School Online.
