Dennis Manset

Dennis Manset is an accomplished professional in the fields of learning and development, technical talent cultivation, and program management. Currently serving as Executive Program Manager at MDI Novare since March 2023, Dennis focuses on capability building and enhancing the technical talent ecosystem. Prior to this, Dennis held significant roles at Stratpoint Technologies and NTT Global Networks, emphasizing curriculum design, skills mapping, and training program delivery. With a solid background at IBM, including positions ranging from Project Manager to Country Education Operations Administrator, Dennis accumulated extensive experience in technical training, project management, and operational excellence. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from De La Salle Lipa.
