Lauren Shirato

Lauren Shirato currently serves as General Counsel at MDLIVE, by Evernorth, a position held since November 2020, having previously advanced through roles as Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel and Contracts Manager at Q-Centrix from December 2017 to November 2020 and as Compliance and Contracting Project Manager with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons from October 2015 to November 2017. Earlier legal experience includes positions at Barnes & Thornburg LLP as Staff Attorney and various externships in the court system and U.S. House of Representatives. Lauren holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Chicago.
