Velma F. has a diverse work experience in project and program management. Velma began their career as a Sr. Business Analyst at Conseco in 2004. Velma then worked as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Premier Direct from 2007 to 2010. After that, they joined Altegra Health as a Project Manager in their Program Management Office from 2010 to 2012. Velma then worked at Insight Global as a Project Manager in their Program Management Office from 2012 to 2013. Velma returned to the company in 2020, this time as an Information Technology Program Manager, where they led digital transformation programs for a $30M+ cross-functional portfolio. In 2012, Velma joined ADT as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office and worked there until 2016. Velma'smost recent role was as the Director of Operations at MDLIVE, Inc. starting in 2016, where they provided leadership to various business units and oversaw strategic and operational programs.
