Matt Hotson

Matt Hotson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and operations management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Group COO at Mishcon de Reya LLP since December 2021, Matt leads oversight in Finance, HR, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development. Matt has held significant roles including Group CFO at Record and Non-Executive Director at Arrow Global Group Plc. Prior accomplishments include serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at RSA, overseeing a finance function for a £3.7bn business, and leading successful strategic initiatives and investor relations efforts across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the University of Exeter, an MA from the University of Cambridge, and an MSc from The Open University.
