With a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estácio de Sá and a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Thiago has more than 20 years of professional experience, with main expertise in Elementary and Reinsurance. The executive has worked at some of the main insurance groups in the world — among them, RSA, Liberty, Itaú Unibanco, Porto Seguro and Allianz — and has experience in activities related to strategic planning, relationship with customers and commercial partners and generation of organizational climate in high levels.
