James Cottam

James Cottam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. James is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Deveire since November 2021. Prior to this, James worked at MDS Global for a significant period of time. James'sroles at MDS Global include Java Senior Software Engineer from August 2017, Java Principal Software Engineer from January 2019 to November 2021, and Java Consulting Engineer from September 2011 to August 2017. James also served as a Software Production Team Leader from September 2008 to September 2011 and as a Java Software Engineer from September 2000 to September 2008.

Before joining MDS Global, James worked as a Software Engineer at Network Associates from August 1998 to September 2000. James also gained experience as a Software Engineer at DR SOLOMON'S SOFTWARE LIMITED from October 1997 to August 1998 and at Performance Publishing from October 1995 to October 1997.

James Cottam pursued their education in a chronological manner. James first attended the University of Portsmouth from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Liverpool from 1994 to 1995, completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems.
