Michelle Davies is an experienced professional with a diverse background in people development, account management, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as a People Development Officer at MDS Ltd since April 2022, Michelle focuses on the growth of Management Graduates in the Fresh Food and Produce Industry, fostering strong relationships with training providers and MDS members. Previous roles include Head of Account Management at Trade Mastermind, Team Lead at Shaw Trust, and various positions in business development and sales management at companies such as Key Publishing Limited, ABAX, and Total Displays Ltd. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cambridge and a B-Tec in Business Studies and IT from Cambridge Regional College.
