Tracy Vanderhoef

Tracy Vanderhoef is a seasoned professional in real estate and land development, currently serving as a Senior Community Representative in New Home Sales at Shea Homes since September 2015 and as a Real Estate Agent with Leading Vegas Realty since 2023. Tracy has extensive experience in sales and management, having held positions such as Community Sales Manager at Taylor Morrison and Land Development/Accounting Manager at Dana Point Development Corporation. Additionally, Tracy has been involved in talent management and acting through MDT Agency, Inc. since 2016. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Science Degree in Social Sciences from Modesto Junior College and further studies at Golden Gate University.
