Richard Salsido

Richard Salsido has held various positions in the banking and financial services industry since 2003. Richard began their career as a Teller at MPG Credit Union in 2003, where they encoded checks, processed payroll, and drafted debit claims. In 2006, they joined Bank of America as a Personal Banker and Senior Teller/Sales & Service Specialist, where they were responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to exceed sales goals and service targets, and scored an "exceeds" rating on performance, 175% of sales or above. Richard also scored 100% Customer Satisfaction Target, based on overall branch performance. In 2013, they joined MDX Global, Inc. as a Hiring Manager and Chief of Staff.

Richard Salsido obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Fullerton between 2010 and 2014. Richard has also obtained certifications from Lynda.com, including Management Foundations and Working with Upset Customers in September 2017, Phone-Based Customer Service in August 2017, and Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text, Efficient Time Management, Gmail Essential Training, Google Docs, Improving Your Focus, Leadership Fundamentals, Negotiation Skills, Recruiting Fundamentals, SEO Foundations, and Teamwork Fundamentals.
