Jon Cross

Jon Cross has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and service delivery. Jon started their career as a Freelance Developer while being self-employed from January 2007 to January 2009. Following this, they joined Me Learning Ltd in January 2009 as a Systems Developer and then progressed to become a Systems Manager in March 2011. In April 2016, Jon was promoted to the role of Head of Systems, responsible for overseeing system operations. Jon further advanced within the company and became the Head of Customer Experience in April 2018. In their most recent position as Head of Service Delivery, Jon has been instrumental in managing and improving service delivery operations since July 2020. Overall, Jon Cross has gained extensive expertise in IT systems development and management throughout their career.

Jon Cross completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Multimedia and Digital Systems at the University of Sussex from 2006 to 2009. Jon also holds a CSPO Certified certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2017. It is unclear whether they pursued any further education after their undergraduate degree.
