Tiago Marinho Sizenando

Tiago Marinho Sizenando is a seasoned professional in the fields of gamification and education, currently serving as a Gamification Specialist at Me Poupe! since April 2021 and as a gamification teacher in the MBA program "Digital Transformation on Education" at IGTI since January 2020. Tiago is also a certified trainer at Game Thinking Academy, conducting coaching sessions that integrate principles of lean/agile design and design thinking. With extensive experience as a Product Manager and Gamification Consultant at Chou Force, and former roles including Senior Gamification Consultant and Head of Sales America at The Octalysis Group, Tiago has developed a strong expertise in enhancing customer engagement through gamified solutions. Previous positions include COO at Cybergia, focusing on gamified content for wellness platforms, and Automation Engineer at Chemtech, where automation projects were executed for major Brazilian corporations. Tiago holds an MBA in Decision Science from Unisinos and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
