Kanika Khare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kanika began their career in 2017 at Indra Gandhi Open University, where they completed a certified course of manager from May 2017 to October 2017. Kanika then moved on to Aarogya Hospital as a Healthcare Consultant, working from July 2020 to December 2021. In 2019, Kanika completed an internship at NHM GUJARAT from April 2019 to June 2022. Currently, Kanika is working at MEA, starting in February 2022 as an AI Support Analyst and later transitioning to a Quality Assurance Engineer role in December 2022. Kanika'sprofessional journey showcases their adaptability and continuous growth in various positions and industries.

Kanika Khare pursued their B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Kalinga University, Raipur, between 2014 and 2018. Following this, they went on to complete their MBA in HOSPITAL AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT at the Indian Institute of Health Management and Research from 2018 to 2020.
