Blaire Perry

Blaire Perry's work experience includes being the Director of Recruiting, Training, and Culture at Meadors, Adams & Lee since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Splash Car Wash & Oil Change from 2021 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they were a 6th Grade Teacher at Bauxite Public Schools. Blaire also worked as a Teacher at Trussville City Schools from 2014 to 2020, during which they received recognition for their teaching skills and presented at the Alabama Science Teachers Association. Before that, they owned and operated Blaire Perry Portraiture, a photography business, from 2008 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at the Scheduling Institute in 2013, a Teacher at Springdale Public Schools from 2007 to 2011, and a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas from 2006 to 2007.

Blaire Perry completed their education at the University of Arkansas. Blaire earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from 2001 to 2006, followed by a Master of Arts in Teaching from 2006 to 2007.
