David Kisselback has over 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, management, and consulting. David served as President & CEO of Meadowlands YMCA since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an independent consultant, providing nonprofit consulting services to local and regional nonprofits, focusing on improving efficiency in operations, fundraising, program development, and community impact. From 1990 to 2017, they served as President & CEO of YMCA, where they gained strong skills in board development, fundraising, community development, staff and volunteer recruiting and training, successfully eliminating operational and long-term debts, raising over $60M, and creating partnerships and collaborations with community organizations and businesses.
David Kisselback attended The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. David then pursued further education at The College of Saint Rose from 1987 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Administration and Marketing.
