Amber Renae Campbell has extensive experience in customer service and the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Guest Service Representative at Meadowood Napa Valley since January 2015. Prior to this role, Amber was a Senior Customer Loyalty and Operations Specialist at Treasury Wine Estates, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries and maintaining accounts for a global wine company. Previous positions include Concierge at HALL Wines and Esthetician at both Napa Massage & Bodycare and Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, where Amber provided skincare services and customer education. Additionally, experience as a Barback at Brix Restaurant and Gardens involved cocktail service and guest interaction.
