Isra Merchant, LMSW, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive training curriculum for mental health services and organizing statewide training on cultural responsiveness for Youth Crisis Outreach Teams.
