Jerome Reynen has extensive experience in technical operations and customer success within the technology sector, currently serving as a Technical Operations Engineer and previously holding roles such as Global Integrations Specialist and Onboarding Implementation Specialist at me&u since January 2021. Prior positions include Business Consultant at Lightspeed HQ, Customer Success Manager at Ordermentum Pty Ltd, and Client Success Engineer at Abacus.co, among others. Jerome’s career also includes experience in the hospitality industry, with roles in front-of-house operations and cooking at various venues from 2007 to 2015.
