Natasha Gilchrist

Natasha Gilchrist is an experienced professional in operations and recruitment management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Mears Group PLC since May 2020, after previously holding the position of Housing Manager. Prior to this, Natasha worked as Recruitment Service Manager at Cornerstone Recruitment from October 2019 to May 2020, and from July 2014 to September 2019, Natasha was the Senior Client Services Manager at Cordant People.
